Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

By using Product Video Remaker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service scope

The service provides AI-assisted product-video generation and product replacement workflows for commerce creatives. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be suitable for every ad platform, marketplace, or campaign.

Acceptable use

  • Use only content you own, license, or have permission to use.
  • Do not upload real human faces as reference videos for workflows that do not support them.
  • Do not create deceptive, illegal, adult, hateful, infringing, or unsafe content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, upload limits, rate limits, or security controls.

Prohibited AI content

Product Video Remaker must not be used to request, generate, edit, or distribute adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, nude, or sexualized content. This prohibition applies to prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, generated outputs, and attempts to route around moderation or safety filters.

We may block prompts before generation, refuse generation requests, remove outputs, suspend accounts, or deny refunds when users attempt to create prohibited sexual content, illegal content, hateful content, self-harm content, violent extremist content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Credits and subscriptions

Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. AI generation consumes credits based on model, duration, and workflow. Credits are not a guarantee of successful ad performance or marketplace approval.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing them. You must confirm that claims, product visuals, prices, trademarks, and platform compliance are accurate for your business.

Availability

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party model limits, cloud provider issues, payment provider issues, or abuse prevention controls. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits, ad account issues, marketplace decisions, or indirect damages resulting from use of generated content.

Before a public paid launch, these terms should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for your operating entity and target markets.
