Refund Policy

AI video generation has real model and infrastructure costs. This refund policy is designed to be clear before purchase.

Unused subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription by mistake and have not used any paid credits, contact us within 7 days. We may refund the first payment after review.

Used credits

Credits consumed by submitted generation jobs are generally non-refundable, including cases where the output is not commercially useful. AI output quality can vary, so we recommend testing with short 5 second clips first.

Technical failures

If a job fails because of a server, payment, or model-provider error and credits were deducted, we may restore the credits or provide a reasonable replacement generation.

Abuse and policy violations

Refunds may be denied for policy violations, fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass limits, or uploads outside the supported no-face product-video workflow.

How to request help

Use the contact page and include your checkout email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue. Do not include full card numbers.
