Product Video Remaker helps sellers create product-video variants. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account and payment details processed through our payment provider.
- Uploaded product images, reference videos, prompts, generation settings, and generated outputs.
- Basic technical logs such as request time, browser information, error messages, and server diagnostics.
How we use information
- To provide AI video generation, credit balance, checkout, and customer support.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve product quality, and protect model/API costs.
- To comply with payment, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Uploaded content
You should only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload real human faces as reference videos for the product replacement workflow. We may remove content that appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or outside the intended product-video use case.
Payments
Payments are handled by Creem. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Creem may collect payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms.
Data retention
Generated files and logs may be retained for operations, support, and abuse prevention. We aim to remove temporary generation files when they are no longer needed. You can contact us to request deletion of account-related data where legally and technically possible.
